how it works

share your idea
sign up, build a host profile and tell us what you want to create. we encourage you to book a call with our experience team for brainstorming.

get approved + publish
once the experience is approved, publish directly to jello. it is shared with our community, and you can refer new guests to attend.

set the conditions
choose the date, capacity, price, cancellation policy and the minimum bookings or revenue needed by a deadline. if the minimum is not reached, paid guests are refunded.

host it free or paid
jello handles registration, checkout and guest payments for ticketed experiences.

host with support
when useful, our team can help with setup, facilitation and the on-the-ground guest experience.

get paid (if relevant)
your payout is sent by cliq or bank transfer within 3 business days after the event. fees: 5% payment processing + 4.20% jello fee.
